All of who you are, even those parts of you that are upsetting to you or to others. We welcome all of you! Healing Pathways Counseling & Supervision Center, LLC was created in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and a need to provide accessibility to mental health services that are culturally inclusive as well as trauma informed.
Healing Pathways Counseling focuses on direct client services. We specialize in treating trauma in Adults (18+) through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. Healing Pathways Supervision focuses on providing Clinical Supervision to License Associate Counselors in the state of New Jersey.
S.A.F.E Approach to EMDR
The S.A.F.E approach to EMDR is a nonviolent approach to EMDR that uses Attachment Theory and Somatic Processing. Nonviolent approach means; we are offering you the opportunity to heal/stabilize/regulate you and are in charge/control of your healing process.
Clinical Supervision
Sheila Reinoso-Jimenez, LPC, ACS conducts the Clinical Supervision for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) in the State of New Jersey. Clinical Supervision consists of developing LACs who are interested in treating trauma in Adults.
Trauma
We specialize in working with (not limited to) domestic violence, sexual violence, incest, domestic violence observed as a child, adult surivivors of childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dissociation.

COUNSELING SERVICES
Our practice specializes in adults (18 year and older) and individual counseling. However, if you are seeking couples counseling we will take on couples on a case by case basis.
If you are interested in learning more and or scheduling an intake please email Admin@healing-pathways.org or text 908-434-6008 to request a free 15 minute video consultation. In the email or text please identify which therapist you would like to work with. You can also request a consultation by visiting our "meet the team page" and selecting "book an appointment."
We will do our best to honor your request. You can expect to have the consultation with your requested therapist.
The consultation is an opportunity to ask any questions about the therapists’ therapeutic approach, concerns about the counseling process, and general questions/concerns. This is where the business of counseling is discussed like availability and insurance information.
We offer a complimentary insurance check prior to the intake appointment that way you will have an idea on what the cost associated with counseling is.

Healing Pathways Counseling & Supervision Center proporciona servicios de salud mental especializado en adultos (mayores de 18 años). El tipo de terapia que practicamos es: EMDR es el acrónimo en inglés de Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, en español, Desensibilización y Reprocesamiento por medio de Movimientos Oculares. EMDR es una terapia especial para quienes siguen padeciendo las consecuencias de experiencias traumáticas tales como accidentes, abuso sexual o maltrato fisico.

La videoconsulta es una oportunidad para hacer cualquier pregunta sobre el enfoque terapéutico de los terapeutas, inquietudes sobre el proceso de asesoramiento y preguntas/inquietudes generales. EMDR THERAPY

We conduct EMDR therapy virtually with the use of RemoteEMDR (telehealth platform). EMDR sessions last 60minutes and can be conducted up to twice a week.

Fees: $100 an hour for individual clinical supervision sessions;$50 for group clinical supervision sessions.
