Clinical Supervision
At Healing Pathways, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. We offer comprehensive supervision services tailored to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) seeking to expand their clinical skills and accumulate hours towards becoming an LCSW or LPC.

*Note: The Social Work Board allows only half of the clinical supervision hours to be completed virtually and The Board of Marriage & Family Counseling Board requires all clinical supervision to be completed in person (unless an exception is sought through the board). All Supervision sessions are offered in person at the Basking Ridge Location office.

At Healing Pathways, we offer in‑person and virtual EMDR consultation groups — a supportive, collaborative space for Clinicians who: just completed basic EMDR training, are pursuing EMDR Certification, or are looking to become a Consultant in Training.

Mental Health Group Practice Consult for Clinicians

Our experienced team of mental health professionals provides engaging and informative trainings on topics such as Assessing for Suicidality, The Interpersonal Theory of Suicide, De-escalation Skills, and more. As of 2024, our team has given engaging presentations and training to community organizations such as the YWCA Union County and Safe and Sound Somerset.
