How would you describe your therapeutic style in three words?
- Open: I am here to meet you where you are and not have you adhere to me.
-
Safe: I offer a judgment free zone to work with you on processing thoughts and emotions.
-
Holistic: I encompass a view of the interconnecting pieces of your life, not one sole factor.
What is your go to self care or grounding routine?
My go to grounding technique is to stretch and reposition myself. When I am feeling out of sorts, stretching provides me a sensation of relief while repositioning myself makes me feel ready to start what I am doing again.
What do you find most rewarding about being a therapist?
Being a therapist, though challenging, can definitely be very rewarding. What I find most rewarding about providing therapy is being able to connect with others and be a tool for them to realize their own potential and light within.
